We have created an offer which we systematically expand and update, listening to the needs of the people of Elbląg. Today, Promyk Dance Centre's offer includes dance, sports and fitness classes for children, young people, adults and seniors. Our speciality is ballroom dancing, for beginners and sports (tournament) couples.

We will show you that dancing is fun. Our coaches are sure to inspire a love for it in you. Thanks to our classes, you will be able to develop your passion and have a good time in good company. Classes for young children allow them to develop concentration, and perceptiveness, including a sense of rhythm and a love of dance. This is a great opportunity for children to find a way to have active entertainment combined with fun.

Sports and fitness classes for ADULTS

Promyk Dance Centre invites you to enjoy the sports and fitness classes we have prepared for you. Whether you want to lose a few kilos, keep fit and in shape or perhaps spend your time actively - we invite you to train at Promyk, which is very effective. Train with an experienced instructor and achieve your goals.
