Today's meeting focused on the following topic: herbal teas. Discussing plants and how herbs can be used in the body's self-healing.

In the theoretical part of the workshop, participants learnt about herbs and folk methods, as well as how to classify, collect, gather and store raw herbal material.

In the practical part, participants acquired the skills to recognise herbs in their natural environment, collect raw materials, and use them in practice.

The workshop was led by a nature lover, enthusiast and experienced practitioner - Ireneusz Otto Zander.

The topic of the next workshop is the making of shampoos, to which we would like to invite you on 19 April at 10 a.m. to the weaving workshop at the CSE "Światowid" in Elbląg.
